Glass responsive door electrical system
1、主控制器:它是自动门的指挥中心,通过内部编有指令程序的大规模集成块,发出相应指令,指挥马达或电锁类系统工作;同时人们通过主控器调节门扇开启速度、开启幅度等参数。
2、感应探测器:负责采集外部信号,如同人们的眼睛,当有移动的物体进入它的工作范围时,它就给主控制器一个脉冲信号;
3、动力马达:提供开门与关门的主动力,控制门扇加速与减速运行。
4、门扇行进轨道:就象火车的铁轨,约束门扇的吊具走轮系统,使其按特定方向行进。
5、门扇吊具走轮系统:用于吊挂活动门扇,同时在动力牵引下带动门扇运行。
6、同步皮带(有的厂家型线 流水槽模具 景观石 检查井钢模具 保定通风管道 隔离墩模具 保定保洁公司使用三角皮带):用于传输马达所产动力,牵引门扇吊具走轮系统。
1. Main controller: it is the command center of the automatic door.
Through the large-scale integrated block with internal instruction
program, it sends out corresponding instructions to command the
operation of the motor or electric lock system. At the same time, people
adjust the opening speed, opening amplitude and other parameters of the
door leaf through the main controller. 2. Induction detector: it is
responsible for collecting external signals, like people's eyes. When a
moving object enters its working range, it will give a pulse signal to
the main controller; 3. Power motor: it provides the driving force for
opening and closing the door, and controls the acceleration and
deceleration of the door leaf. 4. Door leaf moving track: just like the
railway track of a train, the spreader wheel system that constrains the
door leaf moves in a specific direction. 5. Door leaf spreader wheel
system: used to hang the movable door leaf and drive the door leaf to
operate under the power traction. 6. Synchronous belt (triangle belt is
used by some manufacturers): it is used to transmit the power produced
by the motor and pull the wheel system of the door leaf lifting
appliance.
